Women in Male Dominated Occupations and Industries


42 women trade unionists from Australia, the USA and New Zealand celebrated ten years of WIMDOI by attending WIMDOI 2003 which was held in Adelaide, South Australia, from 11 to 13 th November 2003.

WIMDOI is a biennial national affirmative action initiative conducted by the union movement which is designed to promote and support women in non traditional occupations and industries.
